These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the TAMMZ Consulting website and the technology and consulting services provided by TAMMZ Consulting Ltd (“TAMMZ”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services
TAMMZ provides technology and consulting services that may include WhatsApp Business Platform integrations, customer communication workflows, ordering journeys, notifications, approved business messaging, payment integrations and related business automation.
The exact services, features, fees and responsibilities for a client are determined by the applicable proposal, order, statement of work or service agreement.
3. WhatsApp and Third-Party Platforms
Our services may depend on WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta services, payment providers, cloud infrastructure and other third-party systems. Their availability, functionality and terms may change independently of TAMMZ.
TAMMZ is an independent technology company and does not represent itself as Meta or as a Meta-owned company. Clients must comply with applicable Meta, WhatsApp and third-party platform terms and policies relevant to their use of the service.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, product, pricing and customer-service information.
- Maintain the necessary rights, permissions and access to the WhatsApp Business account and other systems connected to the service.
- Use the service lawfully and responsibly.
- Ensure that customer communications, marketing activity, promotions and data processing comply with applicable law and relevant platform policies.
- Maintain appropriate records and notices relating to customer data where required.
- Promptly notify TAMMZ of suspected unauthorised access, security incidents or misuse affecting the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use TAMMZ services to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, spam, malicious software, unauthorised access, deceptive communications, or content that violates applicable law or the policies of relevant messaging/payment platforms.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, our systems, other customers, customers of our clients, or third-party platforms.
6. Payments and Fees
Fees and payment arrangements are set out in the applicable client agreement or order. Where third-party payment services are used, their own fees, terms and processing rules may apply. TAMMZ does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment provider.
7. Intellectual Property
TAMMZ retains ownership of its software, workflows, templates, documentation, know-how and other pre-existing intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their business content, customer information, branding and materials supplied to TAMMZ.
Subject to payment and the applicable agreement, TAMMZ grants the client the rights necessary to use the configured service for its intended business purpose.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, security events, internet connectivity, third-party platforms, Meta/WhatsApp changes, payment providers and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify or improve features from time to time. Material changes to contracted services will be handled in accordance with the applicable client agreement.
9. Data Protection
Each party will comply with applicable data-protection law. The allocation of controller and processor responsibilities may depend on the particular service. Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, additional contractual data-processing terms may apply.
10. Confidentiality
Each party should protect confidential business, technical and commercial information received from the other party and use it only for the purposes of the relevant business relationship, except where disclosure is required by law or otherwise permitted.
11. Disclaimers
The website is provided for general information about TAMMZ services. Specific service functionality depends on configuration, third-party platforms and the applicable client agreement. We do not guarantee that every feature described on this website will be suitable for every business or available in every jurisdiction.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the preceding paragraph and any different limitation agreed in writing with a client, TAMMZ will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or loss arising from a third-party platform's failure or change.
13. Termination and Suspension
Client service arrangements may be terminated in accordance with the applicable agreement. We may suspend services where necessary for non-payment, security, legal compliance, misuse or material breach of these Terms or the applicable service agreement.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory rights or applicable alternative dispute-resolution requirements, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
