- WhatsApp and workflow information: messages, phone numbers, order information, customer requests, timestamps, workflow status and related information processed through a client's configured service.
- Transaction information: where payment integration is used, payment status and relevant transaction information may be processed. TAMMZ does not need to receive or store full payment-card details when those details are handled directly by a third-party payment provider.
- Technical information: limited technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, security logs and service usage information may be processed where necessary for website operation, security, troubleshooting and service delivery.
